This darling outfit was designed to show off Kimmie's SISSY LACE TODDLER PANTIES. Can be worn with or without a poofy nylon crinoline. Note the lovely BRASS BUTTONS with anchors on them. The ribbon trim is SATIN RIBBON. The tie is SATIN/polyester. DRESS MATERIAL is COTTON/POLYESTER and yes is washable and easily maintained.
