Crinoline: A mix of soft nylon, stiff organza, and re-inforced with netting. Each layer trimmed with lace.

SPECIAL FEATURES: Note the raised hem with bow accents, made to be removable so there is DUAL hems. Whole dress is lined. Extra flowers removable for easy cleaning.
