APRIL BOOK ONE
by Michelle Scott.
We meet Kevin Black on a dark rainy night in Portland Oregon. He is an architectural apprentice in a small firm. His wife of three years, and his college sweetheart, Wendi, has left without an explanation. Kevin thinks it is because of ‘Kim’ his transvestite persona. To help him through the pain of losing Wendi, Kim emerges and takes control.
Kim longs to be more than Kevin’s transvestite name. She wants to be as real a woman as she can. Kevin limited her for years to protect his relationship with Wendi. Now Kim won’t be satisfied unto she is out, full-time. Kim begins her quest to become real by dressing in feminine undergarments and scheduling Kevin for Laser hair-removal. Kevin loves what is happening, but fears it will cost him his job.
Kim forges ahead, finding ways to cause her breasts to blossom and her body to gain the curves and proportions she longs for. A new friend, Susan, a laser hair removal technician convinces Kim she needs a new name for her new life; and April is born. At work a coworker, Elizabeth, deduces what Kevin is doing. She helps April adjust her wardrobe to her budding breasts and arranges for Kim to appear at the office in place of Kevin.
