PVC is shiny plastic coated over a spandex base. PUC is a dull plastic [almost like phony latex] coated over a spandex base.
PUC cannot be cut as tightly as PVC because it will tear at the threads. However it is very classy, resembling either latex or leather depending on the cut. Yet the price, is very
very reasonable!
With the right blouse or dress jacket this skirt can be very classy indeed!
