Frank, was the Owner/publisher of "Star Publications" 50's/60's (New York) Later he moved to Pennsylvania and started "Echo Productions" when she "came out" as Miss Suzie Collins, (just 9 years old) along with her daughter Debbie. Proud owner of Echo Productions she also ran the "Kitten Club" and was active in Transgender Community Support Groups.
