Designed for Felicia. Felicia wanted a naughty vamp gown, so we made the tight slit up the thigh gown. The over dress was made for a very formal affair she attended at the Be All, Pittsburg. She also wore the gown to Fantasia Fair, P-Town. In fact in P-Town she took the over dress off and vamped it at one of the local bars. The ladies all commented on her slinky black dress! Felicia accessorized with red patent shoes, red patent belt and tacky red earrings. She had a ball!
