The dress is a lightweight poyester cotton material with white ribbing. The buttons go to the waist only although it appears to be a wrap around style, it is not. Hat & belt is models own.
But you do know if you ordered the dress, I would do my best to accessorize it just as nicely! Just another service I offer my girls!
