This was designed for Dawn when she attended the Be All in Pittsburg, PA. The skirt is unique in that it has a train built onto the back of it that Dawn could leave trailing. She loves to read romantic novels and her designs also reflect her romantic spirit. This is actually a top and skirt so she can interchange the top for warmer weather.
As usual custom cuts never divulge the cost that the customer paid for their special creations.
