ANNIE's STORY: (CONT'D)

Annie was so happy when I phoned her and told her I had found the embroidered material. We talked about the dolldress versus her own dress and Annie wanted the bows in the dollies hair as well. Everything had to be exact.

Once Annie and I finished discussing the dress Cheryl Ann got busy doing her magic. She only had a photo to design the dress as Annie would not part with her dolly. Of course she had a back photo and a front photo, but it was still hard work to see the tiny doll. Sometimes she even used a magnifying glass to get the exact small detailing on the dolls dress.
